This handmade 12th scale doll's house cottage room box by OOAK Miniatures is a unique and charming addition to any doll's house collection. This one-of-a-kind (OOAK) piece features a small traditional window and door, and is the perfect size for a single room display. The floor is finished with an oak floorboard style flooring paper the roof has a tiled effect finish to it and the external walls are textured. Please note to avoid damage the house is shipped with the chimney pot removed, this will put put inside the cottage for shipping but can then simply be placed back onto the chimney stack into the recess.The house base is approximately 30 cm x 26.5 cm and to the top of the chimney pot it is 41 cm tall, the room is 27.8 cm x 22 cm
