Gorgeous little cottage...12th scale. Comes complete with contents as shown in pictures...Some accessories are fixed as are the shelves.. Measurements base is 7x9in...And 15in to top of chimney pot. Postage is with Parcelforce..I dont use Evrie. Will be packaged very well but i cant be responsible for any possible damage on arrival. Any questions pls ask.
