Both dresses are in lovely clean condition. Both handmade. The white Lacy one completely by hand. Both very nicely sewn. I think the fabric is nylon. They measure both 10” 26cm chest all around and the white one 13” or 33cm long and the orange white and blue one slightly shorter 11” or 28cm long.
