great baby annabell hospital playset, this opens up for play, inside it's like a hospital bedroom, comes with original bed and bedding, a couple of original accessories but most of them have been added as extras- also a baby born nurses head piece, height of the building is 22 inches, width when opened out is just over 30 inches, minor signs of play/wear- couple of stickers missing off the lotion type bottles as shown in the photos otherwise still all in great/clean condition
