It features shoulder pads and an adjustable 3 point harness just like a real pushchair! I have shown an example of a Tiny Treasures doll in this pram and there's a little room for a slightly taller doll but it's best to stick to dolls like Baby Annabell, Tiny Treasures, various Berenguer/La Newborn dolls and a variety of other little dolls.
