Hair has been washed, conditioned and boil washed to remove any lumps, bumps and frizz, however this dolls hair is naturally frizzy, especially on the ends, every care has been made to attempt to restore this Bratz hair. No imperfections noted on outfit. Comes from a smoke free home!
