The Park House was an upgraded, 4-room dolls house kit introduced by The Dolls House Emporium in 1999, evolving from their earlier "Traditional" model. Designed in 1:12 scale, it measures approximately 60cm wide, 63cm high, and 36cm deep. It features two opening front panels and can be expanded with the Classical Basement for extra space.Although discontinued, the Park House is highly sought after by collectors.
