Newborn Elf Flynn has a darker skintone and is ready for his first Halloween. He is just 17inches long so fits in tiny baby clothing. I have painted him with genesis heat set paints and he is a bald newborn. Flynn will come home in his halloween outfit as shown in the photos, with one more outfit, a blanket, Teddy and his COA. please note Flynn is a piece of art and not a toy.
