Palitoy Patsy Doll ~ 15" Vintage Baby Doll 1950s ~ Rubbery Vinyl & Hard Plastic

This is Patsy, manufactured in England by Palitoy, she is the forerunner to Tiny Tears. Patsy is made from soft rubbery vinyl with a hard plastic head. There is slight moulding to her head to resemble baby hair and she has blue eyes.
