Pregnant Golden Retriever mum with two puppies - not sure of age or brand

I originally thought this was vintage, now I'm not so sure. Unable to find the exact same one online. She stand about 8cm tall. Puppies are about 2.5cm long. In very good condition. Flap on the tummy opens up and the puppies come out.
