Very realistic. This is an already finished doll, it's nicely Painted with Veins and multiple layers of colors. The doll can sit or lie down, cannot bathe, talk or eat. It can't put into water. Light shootinga and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture a little different from the real thing.
