No certificate, she is a kit from Laura Lee Eagles and there is a stamp mark with the name on back of neck. Has a soft cloth body, and soft vinyl limbs. Approximately 18" as her leg are bent. With white blond hair. Comes with extra clothes and magnetic pacifier. Soft blanket included. Not a toy. Handle with care like a real baby. Selling a little under what I paid.
