See photos. Clara Hallard Fawcett, writer, author, illustrator, and an authority on dolls, died in 1983 at 96. Mrs. Fawcett began sketching and writing as a teenager. She joined the Camp Fire Girls as a child and later started writing and sketching for their magazine WOHELO, now known as Everygirl’s.
