This Sindy dollhouse is in a used condition but considering the age, it's in a good condition. A few of the plastic tubes are cracked and broken but still functional. The cardboard scenes have curved over time so do not sit in the tubes flush but again, this makes no difference. There are two missing tops on the balcony. It would benefit from a good clean. Overall, in a good condition.
