Tiny Tears was Palitoy’s much-loved drink, cry and wet baby doll. She has the correct Palitoy marking at the base of the neck to the back. Her small white soother / dummy is also included. I do not believe the dummy is original, but it suits her very nicely and does straighten, although it was not fully straight in the main photograph.
