Vintage palitoy Tressy with growing hair doll (no key)

Condition as shown, could use some TLC. Doesn’t come with key but can still be turned with a small tool. Unable to turn all the hair back in not sure how much it’s supposed to go into the hair but might be an easy fix for someone who restores dolls
