Vintage Teeny Tiny Tears Doll 12B Palitoy From Early 1970s - Very Good Condition Teeny Tiny Tears Doll by Palitoy in very nice original condition with full blonde hair with top knot style and working sleep eyes and full eyelashes. I think she is the second version 12B from the early 1970’s, she has excellent colouring and wears a period pink polka dot romper with halter neck ( not sure if original) with matching pink shoes.
